Balt contractual documents
The agreements and policies governing how Balt works and how we handle your data.
Together these documents form the agreement between SKILLFORGE APP and the customer for the Balt service. They are read together: the General Terms set the framework, the other documents address specific aspects of it. In the event of conflict, the order of precedence is set out in the preamble to the General Terms.
Each document carries a version number and an effective date. See the version history to identify the one you accepted.
Terms of service

The website publisher, its publication director and its hosting providers.
The Data Processing Agreement applies as soon as the General Terms are accepted, with no further formality. A customer that must produce a signed copy may request counter-signature at legal@cobalt-ia.com: the text provided is the one published here, unmodified.
