The Balt service’s data is hosted in France and in the European Union. The providers involved, including the hosting provider and the database provider, are named one by one in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy, which holds that list for all of the documents.

The website, its structure, texts, illustrations and visual identity are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of SKILLFORGE APP or its licensors. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and logos mentioned on the website, in particular those of the platforms the Service integrates with, remain the property of their respective owners and are mentioned for identification purposes only.
5. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which also sets out the cookies used and the conditions of consent to audience measurement. Data subject rights are exercised under Section 12 of that document.
